Equus Vitae is a life methodology that uses the connection with the horse to help you rediscover who you truly are — full of purpose, confidence, and inner strength.
Life's routine has a way of pushing us to the back of the line — we get so caught up in obligations and the noise of everyday living that we lose touch with who we truly are inside.
Equus Vitae was born from a profound truth: the horse, as a living mirror, reflects back exactly who you are in the present moment — without judgment, without masks. Through guided sessions, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, emotional processing, and authentic leadership.
This is not just equestrian training. It's a complete methodology for living — rooted in 30+ years of experience working with horses and people across the world.

— Equus Vitae FoundationEvery experience at Equus Vitae is built on three transformative principles.
Learn to be present — truly present — by connecting with the horse in its language. No words needed, just honest energy and intention.
The horse responds to your inner state. Through Equus Vitae sessions, you'll learn to recognize, process, and move through difficult emotions — skills that transform every area of your life.
Lead with clarity and confidence — not through force, but through self-mastery. The horse only follows a leader who has first learned to lead themselves.
